You are welcome. I so admire young people like you who have big, wholesome dreams and your enthusiasm for creating your life. This is not something I witnessed in many people of my generation where I grew up. They were hard workers, but they did not have that lighthearted, creative spark. Neither did I. So, thank you.

Why thank you, I hope I keep it up. And that enough interesting, sustainable, and I suppose big things happen to keep it interesting. We’re getting hitched in October in Southern California, I’m definitely looking for ways to incorporate sustainability into prepping for and the actual wedding. As always your encouragement and support is a great motivator to keep on blogging, so thank you.

My other new year’s resolution was to respond to people in a timely manner, but I seem to be failing at that already. I think there’s some truth in what you’re saying. I made a fantastic batch of cupcakes not too long ago, but I think that’s because I love cupcakes and such. But bread… that I could take or leave, not nearly as exciting as things that involve icing.

It seems not long ago you were really talking about “attempting” sustainability from your small city apartment, and about school… and now you are thinking big thoughts (not that you were not before) and planning big things (some lucky guy found you hey!?). I find baking much easier that any other type of cooking. But then I like eating baked goods more than any other type of food.

You are so welcome. Wedding? Date set? So many exciting news! Looking forward to reading about this and about goat cheese and everything else to come. Yes, the blogosphere is a fascinating environment. I think it is possible to build very unique connections here (some who have not experienced this environment might disagree) because it is a “place” were minds meet first, not appearances or circumstances or beliefs or age. I don’t know if I am making sense, but I think you probably get what I mean. Wishing you well.
